Standard commercial metals are rarely stable enough for the tight clearances of our assemblies. Consequently, we melt and cast our own bronze and brass alloys inside a small, graphite-lined induction furnace.
By blending specific, certified proportions of virgin copper, tin, and zinc, we produce a metallurgical structure that is highly dense, resistant to micro-deformation, and possesses a unique structural grain. Every melt is certified via chemical analysis, creating cast plates that can be scraped with total precision and will hold their shape over several generations.
