The foundry room is the physical anchor of our metallurgical work. Positioned adjacent to the scraping shop, it contains a localized graphite-lined induction furnace capable of reaching temperatures up to twelve hundred degrees Celsius.

By maintaining absolute control over our melt recipes and using proprietary casting flasks, we produce custom bronze, brass, and iron plates with uniform grain structures. This immediate access to hot-metal forging allows us to execute complex custom geometries without depending on commercial foundry houses.
