Once a mechanism is fully compiled, it enters a rigorous testing phase that lasts several weeks. The instrument is positioned on a level granite bed inside our climate-controlled chamber, where its movements are observed under intense backlight.
We use high-magnification optical lenses to monitor wear patterns and check for any micro-resistance at pivot points. The goal is total silence and consistent velocity. If an assembly produces even the faintest whisper of friction, it is dismantled, its bearings rescraped, and the test resumed. Only those constructs that prove completely silent are cleared for delivery.
